Zyon Saeed Randolph, a 2-year-old boy from Orangeburg, South Carolina, tragically passed away on October 11, 2021. According to the Orangeburg County Chief Deputy Coroner, Sean Fogle, an autopsy revealed that Zyon had been shot once in the head. The incident occurred in his home, where his mother discovered him bleeding from the head by her bed after hearing a noise near the front door.
