Gerard Traver Ouellette, a 24-year-old resident of Clemson, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2022. The incident occurred at the Village Green Apartment Complex, where Ouellette was found with multiple gunshot wounds. According to the Pickens County Coroner, Kandy Kelley, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
