In the quiet town of Clemson, South Carolina, the life of 24-year-old Gerard Traver Ouellette, a male resident, was tragically cut short in the early morning hours of February 18, 2022. The scene of the violence was the Village Green Apartment Complex, where Ouellette was discovered lying on the ground, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
