In the early morning hours of March 15, 2022, a violent encounter on Eddie Avenue in Easley, South Carolina, ended the life of 28-year-old Julio Rojas. When officers from the Easley Police Department arrived at the scene around 3 a.m., they discovered a grim tableau: one man, later identified as Rojas, was deceased, and another individual was found with injuries.
