Richard M. Boineau, aged 50, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina. Boineau, along with 42-year-old Lance Scott, was shot and killed at an apartment complex on Hunt Club Road. The incident occurred in the morning, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found three individuals who had been shot. Boineau and Scott were pronounced dead at the scene, while the third victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
