In a tragic incident in Orangeburg, South Carolina, 13-year-old Drequan Greene was fatally shot on July 25, 2022. The young male was discovered by deputies at his home on Kemmerlin Road, unresponsive on the ground next to the back steps of the mobile home. An autopsy later confirmed that Drequan died from a gunshot wound. At the time of his death, he was a student at Robert E. Howard Middle School.
