Richard Leroy 'Ricky' Preusser, aged 45, passed away on August 19, 2022, at his home in Dalzell, South Carolina. Born on August 31, 1976, in Sumter, he was the son of the late Robert Ernest Preusser and Tammy Tidwell Preusser, and Carol Duffy Bayless and Martin Bayless. His death was publicly announced by Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium in Sumter, SC.
