Charles S. Dishman, aged 38, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2015, in Saint Charles, Missouri. The incident occurred around 12:28 AM when police officers responded to multiple 911 calls reporting gunshots in the 200 block of Ameristar Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found Charles Dishman suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
