Joseph Fletcher, a 1-year-old boy, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2015, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident was part of a horrific triple murder that also claimed the lives of his mother, 17-year-old Bianca Fletcher, and her boyfriend, 18-year-old Shannon Rollins Jr. The three were found fatally shot in their home on East 84th Street.
