Phillip A. Hurlburt, aged 66, passed away on September 30, 2015, in Independence, Missouri. He was a long-time resident of the area, living with his wife, Barbara Olsen. Phillip was a Vietnam veteran and a member of the Boilermakers Union before joining the Sheet Metal Workers Union, where he worked until his retirement.
