A man is found shot to death
On July 16, 1982, Joseph Carl Vincent, a 49-year-old man from Evansville, Indiana, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds. His body was discovered three miles away from where his truck had been located, near 1st Avenue and Kratzville Road in Evansville. Authorities believe that Vincent may have been attacked and subsequently left at a different location from where his vehicle was found, suggesting a planned and deliberate act.
