Rodney D. K. Peoples, a 25-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on June 11, 2016. The incident occurred near 33rd Street and Indiana Avenue. According to reports, police responded to a shooting in the area shortly after 7 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Peoples on the sidewalk, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel. Witnesses described seeing a white Pontiac leaving the scene southbound, but no suspects were immediately identified.
