Francisco Mendez, aged 37, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2016, in Kennett, Missouri. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers responded to a report of shots fired around 1 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Mendez bleeding and unresponsive, surrounded by a large crowd. Despite efforts to save him, Mendez succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
