In early 2017, a gruesome discovery began to unravel the final days of Vincent Shannon White, a 50-year-old man from High Ridge, Missouri. His life came to a violent end, and the subsequent investigation would reveal a chilling story of murder and desecration. On January 10, 2017, human remains were found at the Chouteau Claim Access, a conservation area near the confluence of the Meramec and Bourbeuse rivers in Franklin County. The remains, located in a burn pile approximately 15 feet into the woods, were later identified as those of Vincent White.
