Stanley Sparking, a 40-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on July 3, 2018. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. in a neighborhood on the city's north side. According to reports, Sparking was sitting on his porch when someone in a sport utility vehicle (SUV) opened fire.
