Kiera Cline, a 29-year-old resident of Grandview, Missouri, tragically lost her life on July 5, 2018. The circumstances surrounding her death were deeply troubling, as she was shot and killed in the early morning hours at a home near Raytown Road and E. 68th Street. Kiera was at her boyfriend's house at the time of the incident, and the Missouri Highway Patrol took over the investigation from the Raytown Police due to resource constraints.
