The story of Marcus DeAndres Price is one of a young life cut short in Sikeston, Missouri. Born in St. Louis and raised by his parents in Sikeston, the 27-year-old African American man was known to his friends and family as a dedicated father and a hard worker. A 2009 graduate of Sikeston High School, Price had served his country in the United States Army from 2009 to 2012, earning multiple commendations including the National Defense Service Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
