Stephen P. McDade, age 31, was fatally shot on November 5, 2007, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was found on the city's north side after police responded to reports of gunshots. McDade was discovered with gunshot wounds near the intersection of 27th Street and Carrollton Avenue, an area that had experienced similar incidents of violence around that time.
