Lionel Anthony Brown, aged 38, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2018, in Saint Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred at a salvage yard where Brown's body was discovered a day after the shooting. According to reports, the shooting happened when Charles Lay, a 46-year-old man living in a trailer on the salvage yard grounds, was "startled" by Brown's sudden appearance from behind a stack of tires.
