Jesse Young III, a 27-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 6, 2018. The incident occurred in the Old Northeast neighborhood of Kansas City, where an argument between Young and another individual, Marlawn Betts, escalated into a fatal confrontation.
