Charles Hayes Jr., aged 59, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2018, in Columbia, Missouri. According to reports, Hayes was found with a gunshot wound in the 4700 block of Rice Road early that Saturday morning. The Columbia Police Department responded to reports of gunshots just after midnight and discovered Hayes at the scene, where he was pronounced dead.
