Jonathan Douglas Kasten, a 10-year-old boy from Saint Charles, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2018. Jonathan was one of four victims in a horrific shooting incident that occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Whetstone. The other victims included his mother, Kate Elizabeth Kasten (age 39), his sister, Zoe Jane Kasten (age 8), and his grandmother, Jane Moeckel (age 61).
