Xavier Ramsey McClain, a 20-year-old African American male from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on Monday, March 4, 2019. Known affectionately as 'X-Man' by his friends and family, Xavier was inside his residence when the fatal incident occurred. He was a young man with a bright future who had graduated from Charles Sumner High School in 2016, where he had been an active participant in the ROTC program for all four years and involved in the Upward Bound College-Prep program.
