On July 2, 2023, 26-year-old Theophlius D. Johnson III was fatally shot in the 2000 block of Oakley Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead.
Following his death, funeral services were held on July 15, 2023, at Watkins Heritage Chapel, with interment at Mount Moriah Cemetery. Family and friends mourned his passing, remembering him for his love and laughter.
