Devontay Maurice Sanders, a 24-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on March 12, 2019. The incident occurred around 12:45 A.M. on C D Banks Avenue. Sanders was driving a car with a male friend when an unknown assailant began firing at their vehicle. Sanders was killed in the shooting, while his friend was critically injured.
