Todd McGraw, a 50-year-old resident of Raytown, Missouri, was tragically killed in a shooting on the night of July 18, 2019. The incident occurred shortly before midnight in the 8400 block of Elm Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found McGraw inside a home, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
