In the quiet hours of a December night in Columbia, Missouri, a life was cut short, leaving behind questions and a community searching for answers. On December 9, 2019, 36-year-old Marceino Carlous Moore was discovered in the parking lot of the Welcome Inn. He was found inside his own vehicle, the engine still running, with a fatal gunshot wound.
