In the evening hours of a Thursday in St. Louis, tragedy struck in the Tower Grove East neighborhood, forever altering the lives of those connected to Jaroy Williams. On December 12, 2019, police received a call for a shooting and discovered the 36-year-old man inside a car on the 2600 block of Tennessee Avenue.
