Jaroy Williams, a 36-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of December 12, 2019. The incident occurred in the Tower Grove East neighborhood, specifically in the 2600 block of Tennessee Avenue. At around 6:30 p.m., police responded to a call reporting a shooting and discovered Williams inside a car, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
