Micah Smith, a 40-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot to death on April 9, 2020. The incident occurred in Pagedale, a suburb of St. Louis, where a police officer on patrol discovered Smith's body on the pavement of Page Avenue near Purcell Avenue.
