On the night of May 12, 2020, authorities in Kansas City, Missouri, were called to a residence in the Northeast area of the city following reports of gunfire. Just after 10:30 p.m., police officers arrived at a home located in the 600 block of Elmwood Avenue, near the intersection with Independence Avenue. Upon entering the residence, they discovered the bodies of two men who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene but declared both victims deceased ...
