On the night of May 12, 2020, Scott Collier, aged 32, was found dead in a home in Kansas City, Missouri. The Kansas City Police Department responded to a reported shooting just after 10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Elmwood Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered several people outside the home, indicating that individuals inside needed help.
