Kimyata Haynes, a 21-year-old resident of Charleston, Missouri, tragically lost her life on June 7, 2020, in Sikeston, Missouri. The incident occurred during a drive-by shooting at a party. According to reports, officers had responded to a noise complaint at the party and had asked the attendees to lower the volume.
