On a cold December afternoon in Independence, Missouri, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of the 3300 block of South Oxford Avenue. On December 5, 2020, 50-year-old Kent 'Bo' McIntosh, a male resident of Independence, was found with gunshot wounds in the driveway of a home. The call came in to the Independence Police Department at approximately 3:22 p.m., and upon their arrival, they discovered McIntosh gravely injured.
