Murdered

Razee Scott, a 22-year-old man from Indianapolis, was shot and killed on August 20, 2011. The incident occurred just before midnight outside an apartment complex on the city's east side. When police arrived at the scene, they found Scott along with another victim, Michael Harney, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
