Timothy D. Hathaway, age 37, was killed on November 24, 2011, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hathaway was known to have a history involving criminal activity, and on the night before Thanksgiving, he was reportedly involved in a situation that led to his death. The circumstances surrounding his death remain largely unsolved, and family members have continued to seek answers in the years since.
