Christopher Bell, a 39-year-old resident of Belton, Missouri, was found dead on February 12, 2021, in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at East 125th Street and Spring Valley Road. The Belton Police Department responded to a call around 12:30 a.m. reporting gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered Bell with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
