Devin Dawkins, a 27-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4 a.m., near the intersection of East 12th Street and Grand Boulevard. Upon arrival, police officers found Dawkins inside a vehicle, having suffered fatal gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Another individual, also shot, was found near the vehicle and transported to a local hospital.
