The incident occurred in the Dutchtown neighborhood, where Williams was involved in a heated argument with his girlfriend, Melissa Renfrow. According to reports, the argument escalated, drawing the attention of their neighbor, Dan Rathmann, a 63-year-old man who lived nearby.
