In the spring of 2021, the life of 19-year-old Elijha Walton was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of Tuesday, April 6th, in Ferguson, a city within St. Louis County, Missouri, Walton was shot. The incident occurred on Canfield Drive, a street that would become the scene of a somber investigation. When officers from the Ferguson Police Department arrived at the 2900 block of Canfield Drive just after 3:00 p.m., they found Walton suffering from gunshot wounds.
