Jamar McNeal, a 26-year-old Black man, was fatally shot on Saturday, July 10, 2021, in the O'Fallon neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Another man, who was in his 60s, was also wounded in the attack but survived his injuries. Police identified McNeal as a man experiencing homelessness at the time of his death.
