Timothy Barnett, age 22, was found shot to death on September 29, 2012, behind a garage on Dequincy Street on the east side of Indianapolis. The day after the shooting, a neighbor who was letting her dogs out noticed Barnett's body. According to investigators, Barnett had been picked up by people he knew in a black Jeep near 36th and Meridian before being driven to the location where he was killed.
