James Albert Rhodes, a 30-year-old resident of Imperial, Missouri, was found with severe injuries near East Four Ridge Road on the morning of October 29, 2021. He was discovered by deputies from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office around 7:25 AM and was immediately transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
