He killed babies. How was this not the catalyst of some kind of gun control? Other countries have had something similar happen and they actually cared about their citizens and put laws in place to protect their children. Us? We don\'t care. I really hope she is alive. I am not sure what kind of life she would have been living though. If she is found I hope she gets the care and love she deserves. I think the argument was just the thing that caused her to be alone. If she hadn\'t had that spat she wouldn\'t have been separated from her group. What if someone saw that and saw it as an opportunity to take her? Would have been a crime of opportuity. This makes these so much harder to solve. No real connection. ... ...View Post & Comment

Update: the killer was convicted of 2nd degree murder and was given a 55 to life sentence plus 2 years. Sentencing was on Nov 14. 2025. The killer, M Rhine showed no remorse and didn\'t give a statement. His sentence was doubled because he was a repeat violent offender and it\'s his 3rd strike. Has anyone else noticed the peculiar circumstances around the charges against Brooke Ann Kellems in Austin Matulevic’s case? I find it strange that she was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, but there seems to be no direct link to Austin’s murder in the information released. Could it be that the authorities are trying to build a larger case, or is this charge unrelated and coincidental to the shooting? She was Jerrods girlfriend at the time. She was in the house when everything happened, but she was in a different room. She was actually the one who called 911. She was only arrested because she was there..
