Does anyone else find it strange that Henry Floyd was shot in the early morning hours on a quiet street? It just seems odd for something like this to happen around 2 a.m. on a Sunday. Could it have been a targeted attack, or maybe something else happened that led to this tragic moment? I really feel for his family and friends; they must be going through an unimaginable time.
