Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the vigil that was held for Agustin Oliver and Monica Gonzalez at the Jordan Manufacturing plant. It's been a few years since that tragic day in Monticello, but the way the community came together to support the families and remember the victims still stands out to me. I wasn't able to attend, but I heard from a friend who was there that it was incredibly moving. Seeing coworkers, friends, and family come together to light candles and share memories of Agustin and Monica really helped provide a sense of closure for many. Such acts of kindness and solidarity remind us of the importance of community support during times of unimaginable loss. It's just heartbreaking to think that jealousy and domestic issues can lead to such irreversible acts. Hopefully, the vigil and the continued support from the community have helped provide some comfort to the families of Agustin and Monica. Does anyone else remember attending or hearing stories from the vigil? How do you think community support plays a role in the healing process after such tragedies?

I just came across this case and am feeling so sad for Agustin Oliver and Monica Gonzalez's families. It must be incredibly difficult for them to deal with such senseless violence. I was particularly struck by how the community came together for the candlelight vigil. It’s clear that Agustin and Monica were well-loved at Jordan Manufacturing, and having that space to remember them and support each other must have meant a lot. It reminds us how important it is to reach out and show up for one another in the aftermath of tragedy. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this. Has anyone attended similar vigils, and have you found them to be helpful in the grieving process?
