Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Marco Carmona-Gonzalez and Jose Nava-Orozco, and I keep coming back to the role of forensic evidence in the trial. I'm just amazed at how the investigators pieced together so much from the crime scene. Those casings that linked Ramos back to the gun were crucial. Forensics is such a vital part of getting to the truth in these kinds of situations, but even with all that evidence, it seems like justice didn't fully get served, especially with the verdict for Ramos. It must be incredibly difficult for Marco and Jose's families, knowing there's so much evidence yet still having to face such an uncertain outcome. This case really makes you think about the challenges detectives and forensic teams face, especially in gang-related crimes where outcomes can often be unpredictable. Anyone else have thoughts on how forensic evidence can make or break a case like this? Stay safe, everyone.
