I'm really shaken by the tragic loss of Xaivion Benson. It's just so devastating to think about a young life cut short, leaving a family and community with so many unanswered questions. I was reading that he was found in an alley after several 911 calls about gunfire. Makes you wonder how on earth this could happen to a 16-year-old. I know they've had no suspects so far, but I hope the authorities are doubling down on this case. We must keep talking about Xaivion, keep his memory alive, and push for answers. It's so important for his friends and family to know they're not alone in wanting justice for him. My heart really goes out to everyone who knew him, especially his classmates and teammates. Let's just hope that someone comes forward with the information needed to solve this. Fort Wayne has seen too many tragedies like this, and we cannot let it continue.

I’ve been thinking a lot about Xaivion Benson’s case and how it must feel for his family and friends to still be seeking justice after all this time.
