I’ve been following Dontay White’s case from the beginning, and I can't stop thinking about how brave Jerrad Newman was that night. It must have been terrifying when Michael Harding entered the car with a gun. I can't even imagine the pressure Jerrad felt trying to protect his friend and how things escalated so quickly. It's truly tragic what happened to Dontay, and I really feel for his family and friends, but let's not forget the trauma Jerrad must be carrying, too. Being in that situation and living with the memory is something no one should have to endure. I hope he’s surrounded by a strong support system to help him heal. Sending love and strength to everyone affected by this terrible tragedy.
