Just read about the tragic loss of Delmar Harrell, and I can't help but feel deeply for his family and friends. Losing someone so young and with their whole life ahead is unimaginable. What really grabs my attention is the location of the shooting. It seems like that area has a history of violence, with a similar tragic event taking place there just the year before. I wonder if there's any connection or if the area's atmosphere might be contributing to these incidents. It's scary to think that people aren't safe in their own community. I hope witnesses or anyone with info will step up so Delmar and his loved ones can get the justice they deserve. It just breaks my heart to see families put through this pain without answers.
