Hey everyone, I've been following Dell Howard's case and something's really been sticking out to me. It's been almost 5 years since Dell's tragic murder, and I'm curious about the lack of any security footage in the area. With the crime happening on a busy street like North LaSalle in Indianapolis, I would've thought there'd be cameras from nearby businesses or street cameras that could provide some clues. It's frustrating to think there might be footage somewhere that could help bring justice for Dell and closure for his family. Does anyone know if the investigators mentioned anything about reviewing surveillance from that night? Or if there have been any community efforts to enhance surveillance in areas like this to prevent more tragedies? Dell's family deserves answers, and it'd be great if anyone with information about potential footage could come forward.
