I've been following the Deshaun Wiley case, and what's truly puzzling is the number of firearms found at the scene. Given that the shooting seemed to stem from a domestic situation, it makes me wonder about the role such access to guns played in this tragic outcome. How many of us can honestly say we’d react rationally when emotions run high? It’s clear that more needs to be done to address gun safety and secure storage, especially in homes where tensions might escalate unexpectedly. I'm hoping the investigation sheds light on how things unraveled that day, and that we can learn from it to prevent similar situations. My thoughts are with Deshaun’s family and friends as they navigate such an immense loss.
