Anyone else thinking about the role of the downtown bar's security the night Johnny Woods was killed? From what I've read, Johnny and Richard Williams had an argument that escalated pretty fast. It's just tragic that it ended the way it did. I can't help but wonder if things might have been different if security had stepped in sooner or if the bar had better measures in place to prevent situations from getting out of hand. A life was lost and many others affected over what sounds like an avoidable situation. I really feel for Johnny’s family and friends; losing someone in such a tragic way is just beyond words. They described him as a caring person, and it's just so sad to think about what a great person was lost to such a senseless act of violence. Has anyone here been following the news about how bars in Indy are working to improve security since then? Would be interested to hear more about it.
